Agree. If Hamas would surrender, negotiate safe passage out of Gaza and never come back, with all remaining hostages released, that would end the fighting. It isn't justice that so many Hamas terrorists get to live, but it would save lives in Gaza and Israel. Absent that rational resolution, Israel has to keep fighting until they have killed the last Hamas fighter. Not a pleasant thought, maybe not even possible in any reasonable time frame, but the idea of leaving Hamas intact in Gaza is a non starter.
