I agree that we should take whatever the UN says with a grain of salt. With Hamas gone, reconstruction could be accomplished in a matter of years. It's the hate that Hamas has instilled and the lack of any semblance of rational civil society that will take time, but i think a generation or two is more rational than 350 years.
