I am deeply sorry for the horrors you endure, but place the blame 100% on the genocidal nihilists of Hamas, who started a war in the hopes that the deaths of their people would somehow help them. It has backfired horribly, Gaza is destroyed, and a state is a generation or more away. It's time for Gazans to figure this out.

You can be assured of one thing: the instant Hamas agrees to lay down their arms in surrender, release all hostages and return the corpses they are holding, and leave Gaza in exchange for their lives, the siege will end, as there will be no terrorists Israel needs to defend against. Gazans must cease helping Hamas perpetuate the horror. They should be calling for them to leave, not expressing support. They should not assist Hamas in any way, at least not voluntarily. At this point, Hamas is cut off from Iranian assistance and they are not going to be getting any Iranian Revolutionary Guard, as they were killed by the hundred in Lebanon and Syria, and Iran is afraid of Israel. So please, tell your people that their best interest is in forcing out Hamas and starting the process of creating a modern, secular civil society that can someday be part of Palestinian State.

I have never encountered an American Jew or an Israeli who got any joy or pleasure out of seeing Gaza destroyed. They would much rather live in peace, as they too are targets and victims. It seems to be Hamas and Iran's useful idiots who want to fight to the last Gazan. Don't listen to them! Israelis and Jews do not want to kill anyone, they just want peace and security. Just like you.
