INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE ONCE AGAIN DENIES MOTION TO COMPEL ISRAELI CEASEFIRE

Second time communist ANC government of South Africa & allies lose request for Israeli ceasefire. The ICJ order to Hamas to immediately release hostages is still ignored.

The issue has been twice litigated before the UN’s International Court of Justice (ICJ), which is about as hostile a territory as Israel could ever fear to litigate; one of the other UN organs, UNRWA, has been exposed as terrorist collaborators, carrying out the genocidal terrorism of Hamas and helping them oppress their own people. The Secretary General of the UN, Antonio Guterres, comes off as someone caught between being a hapless and incompetent leader and a willing tool of Jew Haters. Nevertheless, Israel agreed to submit to the ICJ’s jurisdiction, and presented a legal defense which the ICJ has twice accepted.

The results of this court case: the motion to compel Israel to unilaterally ceasefire was denied, but Hamas was ordered to immediately and unconditionally release all hostages. The South African contingency tried a second time for a unilateral ceasefire, hoping to prevent Israeli from entering the Rafah Hospital, which doubles as a Hamas outpost for terorism; that motion was promptly denied.
