IS TRUMP BARRED FROM THE BALLOT AS AN INSURRECTIONIST?
The Colorado Supreme Court says yes, but it is still an unresolved question, which the US Supreme Court will have to decide. The Colorado Supreme Court was right to ban Trump from the ballot.

Yesterday, in a historic and earth-shattering decision, the Colorado Supreme Court held, by a 4–3 vote, that Donald Trump was ineligible to be placed on the Colorado Republican primary ballot, because he participated in the January 6, 2021 insurrection.
The case was brought by four Colorado Republican voters and two independents. Despite the howls coming from MAGA world, the Democrats had nothing to do with bringing this case.
