SOUTH AFRICA’S COMMUNIST GOVERNMENT LOSES IN INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE

UN Court rejects communist ANC’s demand for an immediate ceasefire, merely asks Israel to comply with Geneva Convention, which it has been doing. Court orders Hamas to immediately release all hostages.

(The ANC has ruled South Africa since the end of apartheid; it is an unholy alliance of labor unions, communist organizations, and African liberation movements. Today, it is a corrupt, authoritarian, and racist government, plundering and ruling incompetently as the resource-rich nations goes to hell in a handcart.)

South Africa’s government, comprised solely of the communist ANC, filed a case in the UN’s International Court of Justice, accusing Israel of genocide in their defensive campaign against the Hamas terrorists who committed unspeakable acts of rape, murder, torture and kidnapping on October 7, 2023. The communists requested that the court order an immediate ceasefire against Israel while the case takes years to wind its way through the litigation process.

Israel, defended by its ally Germany, argued that the only genocide came from Hamas, the ceasefire order should be denied, and the case dismissed. The order was denied, in language persuading this experienced lawyer that they plan to either dismiss or deny the case down the road. (The IJC moves at a snail’s pace.)
